MatchItIn the app
Profile > Settings (gear) > Account and privacy > Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm; your account is deleted immediately and permanently. Before that you can get a copy with "Download my data" on the same screen.
If you can't get into the app
Write "Delete my account" to info@matchitplus.com from your registered phone number or email. After we confirm it is you, we delete the account within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
What is deleted, what stays for a while
• Deleted right away: your profile, photos, voice intro, matches, messages, ships and preferences. • Reported conversations: 30 days for safety review, then deleted automatically. • Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires (10 years), no longer linked to your account. • Banned accounts: only an irreversible hash of the email/phone, so the person can't sign up again. • Usage statistics: separated from your identity (anonymised). Store subscriptions are not cancelled with the account: cancel them in Google Play / the App Store as well.
