MatchIt1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between MatchIt+ UPI Entertainment (beta dönemi; henüz tescilli bir şirket değildir), İstanbul/Türkiye, E-posta: info@matchitplus.com ("MatchIt+") and you. By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
Beta
MatchIt+ is in a test (beta) phase and is not yet run by a company. During the beta every feature is free; nothing is sold and no ads are shown. The service may have interruptions, bugs and changes. When MatchIt+ is handed over to a company we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can delete your account.
2. Who can use MatchIt+
You must be at least 18. The birth date you give must be true; accounts found to belong to minors are closed. If we closed your account for breaking the rules, you may not open a new one.
3. Your account
You sign in with your phone number (SMS code) or your email and password. Keep them to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Accounts in someone else's name, with a fake identity or with other people's photos are not allowed.
4. Your content
Your photos, texts, messages and voice notes remain yours. You give MatchIt+ a non-transferable licence, for as long as you use the service, to show, store and safety-check them. It ends when you delete your account (except the safety retention periods in the Privacy Policy).
5. Shipping
If "People can ship me" is on, friends can suggest you to someone. You can turn it off any time. A suggestion only becomes a match if both people accept.
6. Safety and moderation
Photos, profile texts and messages that look like scams or harassment are pre-checked automatically (keyword rules and AI); suspicious content is reviewed by our moderators. Content that breaks the rules can be removed and accounts restricted or closed. A reported conversation is kept for 30 days for review, even if the match is removed.
7. Paid services
Plus/Gold and Super Like/Boost packs are paid; prices including VAT are shown before you pay. Purchases are subject to the Distance Sales Contract and the Refund Policy; app store purchases also follow the store's rules.
8. Rewarded ads
Some extras can be earned by watching an ad. Completion is confirmed by the ad network; daily limits apply.
9. Not allowed
Harassment, threats, hate speech, unwanted sexual content, asking for money/gifts/crypto, scams, advertising, sharing other people's personal data, automated use, or trying to get around our security measures. See the Community Guidelines.
10. Meeting people
We do not guarantee who users are; the verified badge only means the selfie matched the profile photos. Meet in busy public places first and use "Share my date" to tell a friend. Except where the law makes us liable, MatchIt+ is not responsible for what happens between users.
11. Changes to the service
We may improve, change or remove features, and will tell you in advance about important changes that affect something you paid for.
12. Ending
You can delete your account permanently any time in Profile > Delete account. We may close accounts for serious or repeated breaches.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept again before you continue.
14. Law
Turkish law applies. Consumer disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
